What's Covered
We provide a lifetime and unlimited mileage warranty on all fuel injectors purchased from Aurus US. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, premature failure under normal operating conditions, and flow rate deviation beyond OEM specifications.
- ✓Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- ✓Premature failure under normal operating conditions
- ✓Flow rate deviation beyond OEM tolerance (±0.5%)
- ✓Electrical or coil failures
- ✓Spray pattern irregularities
What's Not Covered
- •Damage caused by contaminated fuel, water intrusion, or foreign debris
- •Physical damage from improper installation or removal
- •Modifications, tampering, or aftermarket tuning beyond OEM parameters
- •Normal wear and tear on O-rings, seals, and filters (consumable components)
- •Labor costs for removal or installation
How to Request a Warranty Replacement
Keep your receipt
Save your order confirmation email or receipt. This is your proof of purchase and is required for all warranty claims.
Contact us
Email us at service@aurus-us.com or visit our contact page with your order number and a description of the issue.
Ship the defective unit
We'll provide a return shipping label. Send the defective injector(s) to our facility in Long Beach, CA for inspection.
Receive your replacement
Once we verify the defect, we'll ship a brand-new replacement free of charge. Typical processing time: 2–3 business days after we receive the unit.
Important Notes
- —Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
- —Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all claims.
- —Warranty covers replacement only. We do not cover labor, towing, or consequential damages.
- —Remanufactured injectors carry the same lifetime warranty as new injectors.
