Products and Services

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Aurus US is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition per our Return Policy.

Vehicle Compatibility

Compatibility information is provided as a guide based on manufacturer data and industry standards. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that any product purchased is compatible with their specific vehicle. When in doubt, please contact us with your VIN for verification before purchasing.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you before shipping to confirm you wish to proceed at the correct price.

Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit or reject orders at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors without an approved wholesale account.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through Stripe and is due at the time of purchase. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to orders shipped to states where we are required to collect sales tax. Tax-exempt customers must provide valid exemption documentation before placing an order.

Shipping

Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST on business days typically ship the same day. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Aurus US is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Lifetime Warranty

All Aurus US fuel injectors are covered by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Premature failure under normal use
• Internal component failures

This warranty does NOT cover:

• Damage from improper installation
• Damage from contaminated fuel or debris
• Normal wear and tear
• Modifications or alterations
• Use in racing or competition vehicles (unless sold as performance parts)

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and description of the issue. We may require return of the defective product for inspection.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurus US and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Intellectual Property

The Aurus US name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Aurus US. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Aurus US or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
