Order Processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST on business days (Monday-Friday) typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
During peak seasons (Black Friday, holiday periods), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We'll notify you if your order will be delayed.

Free shipping uses USPS or UPS Ground and delivers within 3-7 business days. Need it faster? Choose USA Priority (2-3 days) or USA Overnight (next day) at checkout.

Important: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost or product price.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:
- Tracking number
- Direct link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account or contacting our support team with your order number.
Shipping Address Requirements
To ensure successful delivery, please provide:
- Complete street address (no P.O. Boxes for expedited shipping)
- Apartment/Suite number if applicable
- City, State, and ZIP code
- Phone number for delivery notifications
Address changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We can only make changes before the order ships.
Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look in all delivery locations (porch, garage, mailroom)
- Wait 24 hours as packages sometimes show delivered early
- Contact us if still not found - we'll file a claim with the carrier
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage (box and contents) and contact us within 48 hours. See our Return Policy for details on replacements.
Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Additional shipping charges and delivery times apply:
- Alaska & Hawaii: Add $15.99 to standard rates, 7-14 business days
- Puerto Rico: Add $9.99 to standard rates, 7-10 business days

Ship From Location
All orders ship from our warehouse in Long Beach, California. West Coast orders typically arrive faster than East Coast orders for ground shipping.
