We Rebuild & Test

Full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, OEM component replacement, nozzle restoration, reassembly, and individual flow testing on Bosch EPS 815 test bench.

What's Included in Every Rebuild

Complete Disassembly & Inspection

Every injector is fully disassembled. Nozzle tips, valve bodies, solenoids, and control valves are individually inspected for wear, erosion, and carbon buildup under 40x magnification.

Ultrasonic & Back-Flush Cleaning

Multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning at 40kHz removes carbon deposits, varnish, and metal particles. Back-flush process clears internal passages blocked by contaminated fuel.

Bosch EPS 815 Flow Testing

Industry-standard Bosch test bench measures injection quantity, return flow, response time, and spray pattern at multiple RPM points. Full test report documented and included.

OEM-Spec Component Replacement

All seals, O-rings, nozzle tips (DLLA series), control valve assemblies, and inlet connectors replaced with OEM-equivalent or genuine parts. No aftermarket shortcuts.

Nozzle Tip Restoration

Nozzle seats are lapped and polished to restore original sealing surface. Spray hole geometry verified to maintain proper atomization angle and fuel distribution.

Coded & Calibrated

Each remanufactured injector is individually coded with its flow correction value (IMA/ICC code) for ECM programming. Ensures balanced fuel delivery across all cylinders.
