30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Returns are accepted for products in new, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation. Items must not be installed on a vehicle.
Eligible for Return
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Products opened for inspection but never installed
- Defective products (any condition)
- Incorrect items shipped by us
- Items damaged during shipping
Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been installed on a vehicle
- Products with signs of use, wear, or damage from installation attempts
- Products returned after 30 days (warranty claims still accepted)
- Products without original packaging
- Special order or custom items
- Electrical components that show signs of being powered on
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email us at returns@aurus-us.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive RMA Number
We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24-48 hours.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in original packaging. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship to the address we provide.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

For defective items, items damaged in shipping, or our shipping errors
Customer Pays Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, wrong item ordered by customer, or no longer needed
Refund Information
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Product price is fully refunded for approved returns
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for our errors)
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- Store credit is available as an alternative (issued immediately)
Lifetime Warranty Claims
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects beyond the 30-day return window. For warranty claims:
- Contact us with your original order number
- Describe the issue you're experiencing
- Provide photos or videos if possible
- We may request return of the defective product for inspection
Approved warranty claims receive a free replacement shipped at no additional cost. See our Terms of Service for full warranty details.
Items Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all original packaging materials
- Do not install or use damaged products
We'll ship a replacement immediately and arrange pickup of the damaged item at no cost to you.
